How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it
within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping
and handling charges). After 60 days, you will receive a merchandise
credit for the value of the merchandise returned (excluding shipping
and handling charges). If you have a question or if there is a

For your protection, insure or ask for tracking numbers for your return package. If you use USPS to return your merchandise, it is recommended that you ask for Delivery Confirmation for your return. The Marquette Spirit Shop is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Returns may be sent to us or
returned to The Marquette Spirit Shop in Milwaukee.
Unworn apparel and most items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund
of the purchase price or exchange.
Perishable items
and open CD/DVD cannot be returned.
Items should be returned in their
original packaging with the original return/exchange form.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will pay for the
return shipping costs if the return is a result of our mistake. Please call the Marquette Spirit Shop at 414-288-3050 or email us at spirit.shop@marquette.edu if we have made a mistake on your order.
A
refund/exchange will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned
merchandise.
